Yoga
Jasmine teaches a fluid, alignment and breath based practice steeped in an invitation to merge with the divine wisdom and healing light within. Each class is a journey into your inner landscape provoking you to listen, feel and connect to your wholeness - to all parts of your being: body, mind, heart and spirit. Often classes are themed around stories that will support your understanding of the ancient elemental wisdom of Ayurveda and all eight limbs of yoga. There is an invitation to explore radical self-acceptance, mindfulness, love, oneness and a touch of letting go into wild, crazy playfulness! As we all show up on our mat in different ways, on different days - you get to choose what intention you set for your practice. Come as you are and she will meet you there. What is Sacred Flow yoga? In this class you will journey through the elements in this warm slow flow vinyasa class that incorporates the sacredness of yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom with the embodiment of movement. Each class is unique, intuitively guided and set to soulful music. You will experience intention setting, slow flow vinyasa, pranayama, meditation and restorative yoga, sound therapy and other healing modalities for the body and mind. This is not just a yoga class but a ritual in your week to awaken and connect to your wholeness.
Meditation
Jasmine practices and teaches a variety of different meditation methods steeped in the Hindu, Kashmir Shivism and Hatha Tantric traditions. Ultimately meditation is about coming home to our True Nature which is already whole, complete and Divine. Meditation, like asana, can become a practice off the “mat and cushion” and into daily life.
Jasmine attends and leads numerous meditation and yoga retreats yearly. She studies the ancient texts and wisdom with her beloved teachers and ultimately is inspired to find her own Truth within. Find workshops and trainings on meditation under the workshops, trainings, and retreats tab.
