Meditation + Breathwork

I AM AWARE

(All levels) - In this class, we will explore the stages of meditation, the subtle energy body, and lay the groundwork for a deeply relaxing and potentially transformative experience. Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that can release reoccurring emotions and thought patterns, calm the nervous system and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life. Research has shown Yoga Nidra effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency, as well as increases well-being. It is an adjunctive treatment that has been integrated into veteran settings, homeless shelters, clinics, and healing and meditation centers, where healthcare professionals are integrating meditation to facilitate their own and their clients’ healing and wellbeing. Often in WILDLIGHT MIND the iRest® Yoga Nidra protocol is used - it essentially teaches us how to live a contented life, free of conflict, anxiety, fear, and suffering by opening your mind and body to their inherent ground of health and wholeness. This class is often taught as a drop-in class or you can find an iRest Foundations Series Class that meets once a week for 4-weeks.

I AM BREATHING

(All levels) - In this class, you will explore a range of breathing and meditative techniques that will strengthen your respiratory system and yoga practice. Regular practice of Pranayama will allow you to direct your prana or energy, gain clarity of the mind, reduce stress,  support mental and emotional wellness, and purify the body. WILDLIGHT BREATH is often combined and integrated together with the WILDLIGHT MIND class mentioned above. 

I love this place. Very grateful for Jeremy and Jasmine. Since joining, my body is healing, my soul is purified and I am finding my inner peace. I have been elevated to a spiritual plain where I look forward to attending class here everyday!
