We will be approaching the Meditation and Breathwork Practioner/Teacher Training from the perspective of the elemental wisdom of the doshas. For each of the Doshas: Vata (air and ether), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water) we will consider the meditations, pranayamas, breath-work, mantras, mudras, and yantras for each and learn how to apply these in daily life for ourselves and others. Ayurveda takes into consideration the nature of the person and their current emotional and environmental conditions. With these ancient yogic tools, the appropriate meditation can be determined to support each individual's journey to health, wellness, and awakening. During this practical 30-hour training, you will explore various types of meditations, pranayamas, breathwork methodolgies, discover your teaching voice and find confidence in a room to share your inner light. We will also explore the positive affirmations, creative visualizations, specific archetypes, crystals, totems and poetry as a way to access our inner-guides, wholeness, and Divinity. This course is practical, science-based and mystical all in one.
