I discovered Yoga in 2011. I was exploring who I was as I grew through my adolescent season. I have always been active playing sports and love movement, plus I was able to practice without shoes; I was SOLD! As my practice patiently waited for it’s evolution, I officially began my daily practices Fall of 2018.
This led to a deep realization that I am here to teach, and that I return to this beautiful practice for it’s magical daily discoveries!
It has given me the tools to respond to my anxiety and my mental health with a gentle and open heart. I have found passion in Karmic Yoga and my heart is full when I provide support and service to my community.
Unconditional Love & Kindness Meditation with a side of Vinyasa is my main squeeze at the moment. :)
If I am not teaching I am adventuring in the woods, snuggling my fur babies or nose deep in a good philosophy book!
JOY! When I get to experience the happiness from my students' hearts. When I experience humans play as though they are FULLY emerged in an experience with their inner knowing; when their inner child is free. It fuels my WILD, my heart and my cup to share space with humans who are open, vulnerable and 10000% themselves.
