When did Yoga find you?

  • Yoga found me back in 2012 when I was in Nursing school. I was on and off the mat from that point on, but fell in love with the practice immediately.

Why do you practice Yoga?

  • I practice yoga as an act of self-love and loving others. This practice is a way of coming home for me & connecting deep within the Self.

How does Yoga change you off the mat?

  • Yoga changed me off the mat with the realization that living in itself is yoga. My practice on the mat is truly more of a preparation and invitation for living life deeply.

What is your teaching style of Yoga?

  • In my teachings, I aim to provide a trauma-informed & sacred space for people to set their intention, cultivate a sense of awareness, and to meet them in whatever walk of life they are in the present moment. I always invite the essence of mettā in my teachings. I tend to gravitate on teaching restorative yoga, vinyasa, flow + restore, and prenatal/postnatal yoga.

Where are you when you’re not teaching?

  • I’m either studying for grad school to be a psychotherapist, working as a nurse, dancing at a concert, learning something new, or cuddling with my mini dachshund & kitty!

What drives your Wild? (Lights you up, motivates, what do you stand for, etc.)

  • Love, joy, laughter, play, art, nature, music, singing and dancing are some of the gifts of life that drive my Wild! As well as seeing myself and/or others step into their vulnerability, authenticity & healing.
