Winston-Salem, North Carolina - Opening soon! Wildlight Wellness Collective – a studio and training center for HIIT, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, Sacred Medicine and all things body, mind and sacred.
On December 1, 2018, Wildlight Wellness Collective will officially open on 612 N. Trade Street in the space previously occupied by Golden Flower Tai Chi School of which will remain an affiliate within the offerings and services provided at Wildlight.
Wildlight offerings will holistically include classes, workshops, and trainings that provide balanced wellness routine to inspire and positively impact the body, mind and spirit. The class schedule includes HIIT, Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi. Monthly workshops will be offered to help people learn and discover more about themselves, each other, elemental healing wisdom, connection to nature, and awakening the overall collective consciousness. Wellness professionals will offer services in Ayurveda and other alternative therapies and bodywork. Certificate trainings will be offered in yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Earth Medicine to elevate learning, growth, community, and spiritual awakening.
Owner Jeremy Grace are long time wellness, yoga, meditation, retreat leader, and Ayurvedic practitioner and are passionate about providing an inclusive community space for Winston-Salem and the surrounding Triad area to explore the body, mind and sacred.
Wildlight’s logo, the Merkaba, has a special meaning for the owners. “Mer” means light. “Ka” means spirit. “Ba” means body. Mer-Ka-Ba is a sacred geometry symbol that supports the existing wholeness and infinite wellness of each person.
Renovations and build-out will begin October 1st, 2018 and hope to have a Grand Opening event in conjunction with the DADA Gallery Hop on December 7, 2018.

Jeremy Grace, from Columbus, Ohio is an athlete, runner, and overall fitness enthusiast, he first came to yoga for the benefits of stretching and mental agility only to find that the practice enhanced his passion for health and well-being in the mind, body, and spirit. Jeremy is a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, fitness instructor, and Ayurvedic Health Coach. He believes in the power of community to motivate and reach our human potential.
